About Topic:

In this seminar, I’ll walk you through how my research group @ C-TARA has navigated more troubles than GPS over the past decade. We have been fortunate to delve into research grounded in Green Chemistry principles, focusing on the high-value products recovery from agricultural processing waste. We explore the convergence of waste valorization and the generation of renewable resources in an integrated biorefinery model. Beyond this, we are also attempting to weave a narrative that transcends waste into wealth and directly contributes to public health, specifically in child and maternal health. Recently, we have decided to take a deep dive into unchartered waters of groundbreaking research area called as Nutrition for Oncology (N4O) and aging reversal through the concept of smart foods. Our goal is not only to slow down the aging process but also promote overall wellness. I would like to touch upon certain aspects of it in the seminar.
