Analyzing the Climate Action Plan at National, Provincial and District Level in Nepal

Abstract: 
The study has studied climate action plans of Nepal. The analysis has pointed out overlaps present at sector covered, vulnerable districts and their area of implementation and role of institutions. The synergy and gaps between different action plans was studied. In order to understand the real scenario a field visit to a district where programs are being implementation was made. The field visit was very helpful to portray the real activities being implemented by different adaptation plans. The study was helpful to identify the degree of similarity between adaptation plans. However, the report has not explored the effectiveness of the adaptation plans and what can be the best enhanced way to implement the projects.
