The study has tried to identify existing gap in the climate action plan of Nepal. The study also tries to identify issues that needs more studies in depth. The study has tried to be more specific on implementation framework, analysis of the content, different approaches used in planning and implementation of the projects. The report has not covered what type of implementation framework would have been more effective. It has not explored the present level of effectiveness of the implementation of strategy and what can be the best approach to implement the project.
