  • Conducted Supply chain and value chain analysis for banana crop in Jalgaon region
  • Analyzed the prevailing challenges in banana supply chain from farm gate to factory gate like temperature effect on the crop, post-harvest losses, the effect of the perishability of produce during transportation and inventory management
